We spotted the potential of this property at auction, whilst it was getting a lot of interest from investors like us. The vendor accepted our pre-auction offer and we did the deal.
Our initial plans to convert it to a 6 bed HMO fell away as material prices were going up very quickly. The numbers on the deal gradually didn't work for us anymore and we had many in the pipeline which were yielding better returns. Hence we found a buyer with a different investment criteria and sold it.
